Refer a Friend

We're asked all the time, "My friend is interested in renting here. How can I refer them?" Well, we're happy to tell you that referral cards are available in the Community Manager's office of many IRET Apartment Communities some may even pay a cash incentive* for referring qualified renters who lease at an IRET Community.
