1. For non-emergency maintenance requests, please fill out our Residential Maintenance Request form.

2. For emergency maintenance requests, view the listing of 24-hour maintenance contact information for each apartment community.

IRET Properties is pleased to offer its residents an automatic rent payment plan IRET AutoPay. AutoPay is dependable, flexible, convenient and easy. You can have your rent payments made automatically from your checking or savings account. No more rent checks to write no lost or stolen checks or delays in the mail! Connecting Your Utilities.

Appointments to connect utilities can be set up by phone before, or after, you move in to your new rental apartment. The Community Manager will have a list of utility providers in your area at the rental office, and can offer suggestions about the best time to schedule your apartment utility connection.

Well, we're happy to tell you that referal cards are available in the Community Manager's office of many IRET Apartment Communities some may even pay a cash incentive* for referring qualified renters who lease at an IRET Community.
